Eagle Tower 的任務並非在交易完成時結束。我們提供必要的後勤支援，確保您的「意志武裝」與「戰術指令」能持續發揮最大效能。

Our mission does not end at checkout. We provide essential logistical support to ensure your "Willpower Armament" and "Tactical Instructions" maintain peak efficiency.

1. 意志武裝：水晶維修協議 | Armament: Crystal Maintenance

  • 答 : 彈力繩修復： 水晶繩斷裂通常意味著能量結構的劇烈消耗。

    • 保修期內： 購買後一年內斷裂，提供免費重串服務（需自付來回運費）。

    • 保修期外： 酌收 HK$50 維護費（包含淨化重置與加固）。

  • A :  Re-stringing Service: A broken elastic cord often signifies a high consumption of the energy structure.

    • Within 30 Days: Free re-stringing service (Buyer covers round-trip shipping).

    • Beyond 1 Year : A maintenance fee of HK$50 will be charged (includes cleansing reset and structural reinforcement).

 

2. 意識掃描：執行期反饋 | Mirror Scan: Post-Scan Feedback

  • 答 :  指令澄清： 完成掃描後的 48 小時內，若對報告中的「止損指令」有文字上的理解偏差，可進行一次免費的簡短澄清。

    • 注意：若涉及新的變量或延伸問題，需重新啟動「定點掃描」協議。

  • A :  Protocol Clarification: Within 48 hours after the scan, if there is any ambiguity regarding the "Stop-Loss Instructions" in the report, a one-time brief clarification is provided.

    • Note: Inquiries involving new variables or extended questions will require a new "Focused Analysis" protocol.

3. 代訂塔羅牌：品質驗證 | Pre-ordered Tarot: Quality Assurance

  • 答 : 出廠缺陷檢查： 代訂產品寄出前均經過外觀檢查。若收到後發現嚴重的印刷缺陷或缺張，請於 24 小時內回傳照片，我們將協助聯絡廠商進行損害控管。

  • A :  Defect Verification: All pre-ordered decks undergo visual inspection before dispatch. If you discover severe printing defects or missing cards, report with photos within 24 hours. We will assist in contacting the supplier for damage control.
