💡 商品運送與部署協議 | Shipping & Deployment Protocols

所有的裝備發送均需經過嚴格的質量驗證。請根據您的「武裝等級」參考以下出貨時程：

 

1. 意志武裝鑄造 | Bespoke Armament Forging

• 答 : 訂製產品： 包含手鍊、原石標本盒等需人工校準之裝備。下單後即進入鑄造程序，工期約 5-10 個工作天。如遇原料稀缺，時間將相應延長。

• A : Bespoke Items: Includes bracelets, raw stone specimen boxes, and other equipment requiring manual calibration. Forging begins upon order confirmation, with a lead time of 5-10 business days. Expect extensions in cases of raw material shortages.

 

2. 外部系統採購 | External Protocol Procurement

• 答 : 代訂塔羅牌： 由於涉及跨境物流與外部供應鏈，採購周期約為 15-60 天不等。

• A : Pre-ordered Tarot Decks: Due to cross-border logistics and external supply chains, the procurement cycle ranges from 15-60 days.

3. 即時部署資產 | Immediate Deployment Assets

• 答 : 現貨商品： 已完成戰備之產品，將於下單後 1-3 天內啟動部署發貨。

• A : In-stock Items: Assets ready for immediate use will be deployed within 1-3 days after the order is finalized.

 

4. 預購與戰術諮詢 | Pre-orders & Tactical Inquiry

• 答 : 預購商品： 周期約 15-60 天。若有急需送禮等「緊急行動需求」，請務必先與客服進行「戰術諮詢」以確認即時貨況，避免行動延誤。

• A : Pre-order Items: Standard cycle is 15-60 days. For urgent needs such as gifting, please conduct a "Tactical Inquiry" with our support team to verify real-time status and avoid operational delays.

 

5. 統一部署協議 | Unified Deployment Protocol

• 答 :  合併出貨： 若訂單內包含「現貨」與「預購/訂製」商品，系統將默認採取「統一部署」，待所有裝備到齊後一併發出。若需分批部署，需額外支付物流費用。

• A : Combined Shipping: If an order contains both "In-stock" and "Pre-order/Bespoke" items, the system defaults to "Unified Deployment"—shipping all items once the entire kit is ready. Separate deployments require additional logistics fees.

 

6. 物流變量聲明 | Logistical Variables Statement

• 答 :  運輸不可抗力： 實際抵達時間受跨境海關抽檢及各國節假日等「隨機變量」影響。Eagle Tower 不對物流延遲導致的間接損失負責。

• A : Transit Variables: Actual arrival times are subject to "random variables" such as customs inspections and regional holidays. Eagle Tower is not liable for indirect losses caused by logistical delays.
