🛡️ 退換協議 | Return & Verification Policy

為確保雙方權益，Eagle Tower 執行嚴格的「驗證程序」。收到貨品後，請立即進行系統性檢查。
To ensure mutual integrity, Eagle Tower enforces a strict "Verification Procedure." Please conduct a systematic inspection upon receipt.

 

1. 損壞申報 | Damage Reporting

  • 24小時 (24-Hour): 如發現規格不符或運輸損壞，請於簽收後 24 小時內聯繫我們，並附上清晰的損壞部位照片。逾時則視為接受貨品現狀，系統將關閉退換申請。

  • Any discrepancies or transit damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with clear photographic evidence. Beyond this window, the items are deemed accepted and the case closed.

  • 初步評估 (Initial Assessment): 確認存在損壞後，我們將啟動換貨程序。退回費用由買方承擔。

  • Upon validation of the issue, we will initiate the exchange process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

2. 不設退換之範疇 | Non-Exchangeable Scope (Subjective Variables)

我們基於事實（Facts）營運，以下主觀或天然因素不屬於退換範圍：

We operate on Facts. The following subjective or natural variables are ineligible for exchange:

 

  • 天然特性 (Natural Traits): 天然礦石具備石紋、雲霧、雜質、礦痕、冰紋等，此為能量載體之「身份證明」，不屬瑕疵。

  • Natural stones possess inherent textures, clouds, inclusions, or ice cracks. These are "Identities" of natural energy, not defects.

  • 人為損耗 (User Misconduct): 商品有使用、洗滌、或人為破壞痕跡。

  •  Items showing signs of use, washing, or intentional damage.

  • 主觀判斷 (Subjective Judgment): 因個人喜好、色差（屏幕顯示差異）、尺寸判斷錯誤或不符合預期等主觀原因。

  • Reasons based on personal preference, color deviation (screen variations), size errors, or "change of mind."

  • 特殊品項 (Special Items): 書籍、手工定製品、及已確認簽收之現場取貨品項。

  • Books, custom handmade items, and items inspected/accepted during in-person pickup.

 

3. 最終裁決權 | Final Authority

 

如有任何爭議，Eagle Tower 保留最終解釋及決定權。
