- 積分及購物金不可用於扣除運費。
Points and store credit cannot be used to offset shipping fees. - 購物金訂單須滿 HKD $300，折抵上限為訂單 10%（不包括優惠貨品，最終可折抵金額以系統計算為準）。
Store credit requires a minimum order of HKD $300, capped at 10% of order value (excluding discounted items; final deductible amount is subject to system calculation). - 購物滿 HKD $300 方可使用迎新優惠券。優惠只限首次註冊的會員，每位會員只限使用此優惠一次。
The welcome coupon can only be used on orders of HKD $300 or above. This offer is limited to first-time registered members and can only be used once per member. - ✈️ 領航員 及 👑 主權者 會員優惠及特別其他優惠不可能同時使用。
The Pilot and The Sovereign membership discounts can not be used in conjunction with other special offers. - 積分統一於每年 3月31日 到期。
Points expire annually on March 31st. - 訂單標記「已完成」後一天內積分存入帳戶。
Points are credited to the member's account within one day after the order is marked as completed. - 會員點數不包括訂單金額的運費在內。
Points are not earned on shipping fees. - 各級會員資格之累積實際消費金額，皆以「已完成交易流程（並無退貨或退款）之訂單金額及不包括運費」累積計算，商品送達後未完成取貨、辦理退款等，無法列入累積計算。
Accumulated spend for membership tier qualification is based on completed orders only (no returns or refunds), excluding shipping fees. Orders that are uncollected or refunded after delivery cannot be counted. - 免運優惠僅限香港地區。
Free shipping applies to Hong Kong only. - 會員必需於結帳前登入網站方可儲點數及兌換帳戶內的點數以抵消費金額。
Members must log in before checkout to earn and redeem points. - 會員可隨時登入會員賬戶查看購物記錄。
Members can log in to their account at any time to view their purchase history. - 會員可通過 EAGLETOWERHK LIMITED 之會員中心更改會員密碼。
Members can change their password through the EAGLETOWERHK LIMITED member centre. - 購物金及會員點數須於截止失效前使用完畢，逾期未使用者，視同放棄，EAGLETOWERHK LIMITED 不負任何補償責任。
Store credit and points must be used before expiry. Unused amounts will be forfeited with no compensation. - 購物金僅限會員本人於 EAGLETOWERHK LIMITED 官網使用，不可轉讓他人，亦不能折抵為現金。
Store credit is for the member's personal use on the EAGLETOWERHK LIMITED website only. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. - 購物金及會員點數使用辦法與會員權益以官方公告為準，EAGLETOWERHK LIMITED 保留隨時說明、修正之權利。
Eagle Tower reserves the right to modify membership terms and benefits at any time without prior notice. - 會員應妥善保管會員賬戶及密碼，並對該賬戶進行的所有活動及事件負法律責任。因黑客行為或會員保管疏忽致使帳戶被他人非法使用，EAGLETOWERHK LIMITED 將不承擔任何責任。如會員發現任何非法使用會員帳戶或安全漏洞的情況，請立即與我們聯絡。
Members are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and are legally liable for all activities conducted under their account. EAGLETOWERHK LIMITED will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use resulting from hacking or member negligence. If any unauthorized access or security breach is discovered, please contact us immediately. - 如有爭議，EAGLETOWERHK LIMITED 保留最終決定權。
