九、 預約變更與終止協議 | Rescheduling & Forfeiture Protocols

在 Eagle Tower,時間與意識的精確對接是掃描成功的關鍵。為了確保資源的最優化配置,我們執行以下預約管理協議:

1. 戰術性調整 (One-Time Rescheduling)

  • 答 :  每項預約服務僅限 一次 免費更改時間的機會。

  • A : Each scheduled service is entitled to one complimentary rescheduling opportunity.

 

2. 變更時限 (Notice Period)

  • 答 :  如需更改時間,請務必於原定預約時間的 24 小時前 通知我們。這能讓我們重新調配掃描資源。

  • A : Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment to allow for resource reallocation.

 

3. 止損與罰則 (Forfeiture & Stop-Loss)

  • 答 :  若發生以下情況,該次預約將被視為「無效執行」,所付款項恕不退還

    1. 超過一次的更改申請。

    2. 距離預約時間不足 24 小時的臨時變更。

    3. 預約時間開始後未出現(視為放棄掃描)。

  • A : In the following scenarios, the appointment will be deemed "Invalid Execution," and all payments will be non-refundable:

    1. Any subsequent rescheduling request beyond the first instance.

    2. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

    3. Failure to attend the session (No-show).
